The Meaning of Fate was such a sweet and emotional read. Set in the 1500s in Scotland, Alison E. Steuart did an impeccable job transporting me to a different time. The world building and descriptions made me feel like I was working alongside Isla in her apothecary.

Alison has done it again!! I wish I could give it 10 stars. After reading Isla and Lachlan's story, I immediately went back and re read all three books again. A beautiful tale of love everlasting, and I cannot wait for book 4. These stories will touch your heart.

Alison has done it again, each book keeps getting better! I’m starting to believe she is of the Fey herself. The plot the story, the characters and imagery in her third book “The Meaning of Fate” are unlike any other. This precious love story takes many twists and turns. So much so you feel your part of the story yourself, landscape, waterfalls, forest, and all. Lachlan must be the world’s most perfect man and Isla’s healing goes beyond the pages of the book.
Alison has a talent for not just writing, but developing personalities for everyone and everything that surrounds them. Thank you for the wonderful read.
