In the debut of the Souls Reunited series, The Essence of Fate, we are introduced to Charlotte LeFay, the manager of a luxury Miami resort, and Ian McAlistair, the owner of a real estate development firm. Both young and successful, neither expecting the outcome of their chance meeting that fateful day.
Dive into a unique tale filled with deep emotion, intense passion, playful humor, and a bit of fantasy that will have you turning every page for more.
The Essence of Fate is a standalone novel with an endearing cast of characters that make you appreciate the bond that can be shared with family and close friends.
Charlotte and Ian's story is a sensual (and explicit) romance, but more so, it is a love story that transcends time. True soul mates will always find each other again.
The Power of Fate is the second book in the Souls Reunited Series. Here we follow the souls of Charlotte and Ian back in time to England and Scotland in 1798 where Ella and Alasdair are introduced.
Lady Ella Seymour is the daughter of a duke and a delightful mix of conventional and unconventional with her poised grace and unusual connection with nature, not to mention her uncanny ability to ride her horse, Willow, like a jockey at the races.
Lord Alasdair Stewart is the future Earl of Galloway (Scotland) and a captain in the Royal Navy. He is handsome and charming and deliciously masculine with just enough arrogance to make Ella crazy.
Their love story is deeply passionate and opens our minds to the possibility that there is more to Lady Ella than meets the eye. These discoveries bring us closer understanding where these souls first met and why they will love for eternity.
As with Charlotte and Ian, Ella and Alasdair are accompanied by a cast of characters that are both endearing and amusingly entertaining.
I think I've always been a hopeless romantic. My favorite movies and books all revolve around a love story. The deeper the connection, the better, and I admit to being somewhat partial to anything that takes me back in time.
Saying, "Yes!" to the love of my life, in front of a huge crowd, all those years ago, was the best decision I've ever made. I love being that amazing man's wife and the mother of two (really cool) young adults. The three of them are my world. Not only are they my family, they are my best friends.
I am also a crazy cat lady because I'm weak when it comes to kittens that need love. I am what's known as a "foster fail" and my loving husband and children have forbidden me from fostering any time in the foreseeable future.
I am an artist with an overflow of ideas I want to create. Drawing, painting, making jewelry, designing interior decor accessories, refinishing furniture, interior design and, of course, writing. It is impossible for me to be bored.
Spending time in nature rejuvenates my soul and am slightly obsessed with combing the shoreline to collect things that washed in from the sea...which is clearly evident by the massive amounts of driftwood, seashells, and other whatnots I am hoarding.
Although I am a classic introvert that needs that quiet, contemplative alone time to reboot everything that I am, I love spending time with close friends and family, laughing until my face hurts, and just getting a little crazy every now and again.
